Welcome to Quizzer.AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform. By using Quizzer.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

If you are using Quizzer.AI on behalf of an organization (e.g., school, university), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Quizzer.AI is a multi-tenant educational platform that provides:

  • AI-powered quiz generation and management
  • Student assessment and performance tracking
  • Question bank management
  • Learning analytics and reporting
  • Multi-tenant organization management

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Types

Student

Take quizzes, view results, track progress

Instructor

Create quizzes, manage students, view analytics

Administrator

Manage organization, users, and settings

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You May

  • Use the platform for legitimate educational purposes
  • Create and share educational content within your organization
  • Export your own data for backup or transfer purposes
  • Integrate with authorized third-party educational tools

You May Not

  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes outside your subscription
  • Impersonate other users or organizations
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create (questions, quizzes, materials)
  • You grant us a license to host, display, and process your content for service delivery
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe third-party rights

Our Content

  • Quizzer.AI's platform, design, and features are our intellectual property
  • AI-generated questions may be used freely within the platform
  • Our logo, trademarks, and branding may not be used without permission

6. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

  • Free tier available with limited features
  • Paid plans offer additional features, storage, and user limits
  • Enterprise plans available for large organizations

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policyand applicable data protection laws (GDPR, DPDP 2023).

For Educational Institutions

  • You act as the data controller for student data
  • We act as a data processor on your behalf
  • A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request
  • You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from students/parents

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS"

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quizzer.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

By You

  • You may terminate your account at any time from account settings
  • Upon termination, you may request export of your data
  • Data deletion follows our retention policy (30-day grace period)

By Us

  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms
  • We will provide notice before termination except in cases of serious violations
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately

10. General Provisions

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law
